Once an order is submitted, we are usually unable to make any changes, and we cannot ever add any additional items. In rare circumstances, we are able to catch an order and make changes to it, and in those cases we are happy to accommodate change requests.
If you would like to request a change to your order, please Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number (FW...), then select the Category "Order" and the Subject "I want to make a change to my order." This will appropriately prioritize your ticket so it is handled as quickly as possible.
If you would like to request a modification to the shipping address on your order, please provide us with the full and correct address in the body of your help ticket, and we will do our best to accommodate.
We will make every effort to make your requested changes if possible. However, please note that because the window to make changes is so narrow, we may not be able to accommodate a change request on your order.
If your order ships out or is delivered before we are able to process any requested changes, you can register for a return or exchange using our Returns Tool.
