To process a gift return, please click Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service.
Please include the following in your request to Customer Service:
1. Where the order was placed; www.fjallraven.com or www.fjallraven.ca, or through a Fjallraven retail store. If the purchase was made at one of our Fjallraven retails stores, please provide the store location.
2. Order number (if available) which is located on the packing slip.
3. If you do not have the order number, please provide any of the following:
- Purchaser's email address
- Purchaser's first and last name
- Last 4 digits of purchaser's credit card used to place the order
4. Item number(s) you wish to return.
*If it is not specified that you are return a gift, please be aware that the original payment method will automatically be refunded when the return is processed.*
Please note: We are unable to process returns for purchases made from one of our authorized resellers such as Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, REI etc. Please contact the authorized reseller directly.
