To process a gift return, please click Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service.
Please include the following in your request:
1. Order number if available (formatted FW...) located on the packing slip.
2. If you do not have the order number, please provide any of the following:
- Purchaser's email address
- Purchaser's first and last name
- Last 4 digits of purchaser's credit card used to place the order
3. Item number(s) you wish to return.
*If it is not specified that you are returning a gift, please be aware that the original payment method will automatically be refunded when the return is processed.*
Please note: Customized and Final Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. We are unable to process returns for purchases made from one of our authorized resellers such as Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, REI, etc. If your order was originally purchased from a reseller, please contact that reseller directly to arrange for a gift return.
