For online purchases, we have two options to make a return.
1. Bring in your item(s) with your packing slip to one of our Fjällräven brand store locations. To locate a Fjällräven brand store, please go to the Store Locator tool on our website and click "North America Stores" tab. Returns made at a brand store should be processed and refunded within 1-3 business days.
2. You can return your item(s) by mail to our warehouse. Please follow the instructions listed on your order confirmation. If you need assistance, please Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service (select the category "Return and Exchanges," then select "I need a returns label.") Returns mailed to our warehouse should be processed and refunded within 7-10 business days from when your package arrives at our warehouse.
For purchases made at a Fjällräven retail location:
All Fjällräven retail purchases must be returned at a Fjällräven retail location. We do not accept returns in our warehouse for Fjällräven retail purchases. If you know the store location where you made your purchase, we can help get you in contact with that store. You can find a list of our stores by using our Store Locator tool and clicking "North America Stores."
Note: For customized products all sales are final and not eligible for return. We do not accept returns made at a third-party retailer. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information. If you made a purchase from one of our North American websites or retail store locations, but are returning from outside the Continental United States and Canada, you are responsible for the shipping costs for your return.
