Manufacturing defects can and may include all defects due to the construction, design, or material components of the garment. These are defects that are pre-existing upon purchase, although not necessarily apparent or visible yet. In short, these are issues (or defects) that are present before you even receive the product and only come to light once you begin using it. On the flip side, accidents can happen. Wool sweaters can unintentionally end up in the dryer, fleece pills with use, and fabric dye can fade over time. Unfortunately, these issues are not covered under our warranty policy, but we’ll be happy to share our recommendations for getting your item back to its former glory.
If your garment has a manufacturing defect, please Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service. The average turnaround time for a repair is approximately three to four weeks. In order to adhere to government regulations, all items are required to be cleaned prior to being returned for repair.
