The lifetime of different products can also vary. While we will likely not replace items that have simply sustained multiple years of well-loved use, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your item is qualified for our Limited Lifetime Warranty and cannot be repaired, a Warranty Specialist will be in touch with you about other options. We do not offer refunds for warranty claims.
