Yes! Because our Fjällräven tailors are specifically trained on repairing our products, they unfortunately cannot accept items that have been previously (or incorrectly) repaired by third-party tailors. Modifications to an item will also void the warranty (e.g. using Rit Dye to re-color fabric or using off-brand waxing products instead of our Greenland Wax).
Finally, the warranty can be voided as a result of misuse or neglect.
