You can visit any of our Fjallraven store locations to get a repair. No appointment is necessary, but please make sure your item is clean beforehand. Unclean items may be rejected for repair at the discretion of our store staff.
If you do not live near any of our stores, please Submit a Request below to contact our Warranty team so we can evaluate your item and approve a mail-in repair at one of our repair hubs. When submitting your ticket, select the Category "Warranty and Repair" and the Subject "I have a problem with my product." This will appropriately prioritize your ticket so it is handled as efficiently as possible.
