The timeline for processing your return and issuing your refund will depend on how you choose to return your item(s).
If you make a return at one of our retail stores, your refund should be issued in 1-3 business days.
If you choose to mail your item(s) back to our distribution center, your return will be processed and your refund issued 7-10 business days after your package arrives back at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
*Any items that do not meet our return guidelines will be rejected or mailed back to you without a refund. Items mailed back to our warehouse will need be confirmed with our Returns Department before a refund is issued. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
