1. Item(s) are returned within 30 days of the delivery date (extended to 60 days for orders placed in November and December).
2. Item(s) are unused, in brand new condition and with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
3. Custom products are not eligible for return. All sales are final.
4. Item(s) must have been purchased directly through our website or in one of our Fjallraven brand stores. (We do not accept returns made at a third-party retailer. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information.)
5. Item(s) purchased through our Fjallraven website can be returned to any of our brand locations. Please reference the North America Stores tab on our Store Locator tool to find your closest retail store. Or, you can follow the instructions on your order confirmation or packing slips to return to our warehouse. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service.
6. Item(s) purchased at one of our Fjallraven brand stores must be returned to a brand store. (We do not accept brand store purchase returns via mail.)
6. For returns outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service for return instructions.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund.
