During our 2024 holiday season, we are extending our return deadline to 60 days for orders placed during November and December.
Return Guidelines:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be unused, in brand new condition, with the tags still attached. We do not accept returns for any used items.
- Custom products and Final Sale items are not eligible for return. All sales in these categories are final.
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly through our website or in one of our Fjällräven brand stores. We do not accept returns made at a third-party retailer. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information.
- Item(s) purchased through our Fjällräven website can be returned to any of our brand locations. Please reference the "North America Stores" tab on our Store Locator tool to find your closest retail store. Alternatively, you can choose to mail your return to our warehouse. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service.
- Item(s) purchased at one of our Fjällräven brand stores must be returned to a brand store.
- For returns outside the continental United States or Canada, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service for return instructions.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund. Returned items will need be confirmed with our Returns Department before a refund is issued.
