For online purchases, please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service. Select the category "Return and Exchanges," then select "I need a returns label."
Please include the following in your request to Customer Service:
2. Order number (FW...)
3. Item (s) or item number(s) you wish to return
If you do not have your order number, please provide any of the following:
- email address used when making the purchase
- first and last name on the order
- last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order
If the purchase was made at one of our Fjallraven retails locations, you will need to visit or contact one of our stores. If you know the store location where you made your purchase, we can help get you in contact with the store in question. You can find a list of our stores by using our Store Locator tool.
Please note that for returns made from outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to our distribution center.
