Please include the following in your request to Customer Service:

3. If you do not have your order number, please provide any of the following:
- email address used when making purchase
- first and last name
- Last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order
4. Item number(s) you wish to return.
5. If the purchase was made at one of our Fjallraven retails stores, please visit or contact one of our retail stores, or respond with the store location where you made your purchase. You can find a list of our stores here: https://www.fjallraven.com/us/en-us/customer-service/store-locator.
Please note for returns outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center.
