Unclean items may be rejected for repair at the discretion of our store staff. Non-flagship stores are no longer able to process repairs.

If you do not live near a flagship store location, please Submit a Request below to contact our Warranty team so we can evaluate your item and approve a mail-in repair at one of our repair hubs. When submitting your ticket, select the Category "Warranty and Repair" and the Subject "I have a problem with my product." This will appropriately prioritize your ticket so it is handled as efficiently as possible.
