This is only available to customers who have a valid address in North America.
Fjällräven’s Limited Lifetime Warranty extends only to products purchased from authorized sellers that are subject to and comply with Fjällräven’s quality controls. Because Fjällräven is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, Fjällräven’s Limited Lifetime Warranty is not valid on products purchased from unauthorized sellers or products that were purchased ‘used’. If a seller is not listed in our list of authorized sellers (click ‘verify reseller’ to access), please be aware, that there is a strong possibility the seller is unauthorized and may not be selling authentic Fjällräven products and will not be covered under Fjällräven’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. As a sustainable company, we do our best to repair an item whenever possible. If an item cannot be repaired, our warranty specialists will be in touch with other options. We do not perform non-warranty-related repairs or alterations. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover repairs due to accidental damage.
